Can I get access to the venue early to set-up?

Special or early access requirements are available, be sure to mention your requirements to the Conference manager. If required, we can also provide staff to assist you in your pre-conference set-up.

Does The Executive Centre provide catering services?

A wide range of catering services and options are available from light refreshments to lunch and dinner. Complex and special dietary requirements can be accommodated, please speak to a Conference Centre Manager to discuss your needs.

Do you provide technical/audio assistance?

Our Audio/Visual experts are on hand to assist you with set-up and running your event. Please be sure to let us know if you have any special requirements.

Are you able to provide staff for my event?

Professional support services are available to help you make your next event a success. The Executive Centre team is able to assist you with client reception, event set-up or after event clean up, client greetings and surveys. No matter how complex your requirements, talk to our Conference Manager.

Is Wired/Wireless Internet access available at the venue?

High speed, managed wired and wireless Internet access is available at the venue. We are also able to accommodate special access requirements. IT Support staff can also be available for complex arrangement’s.
